        This review is for the storefront only in Great Falls not the business itself walked in to try and get new service hooked up to our RV. RVs with spectrum Internet, all around us in our RV park and the guy at the door told me that he couldnt help me that they couldnt hook it up and that I have to talk to the RV Park Walked outside got on my phone and set up installation online in about 30 minutes. Someone needs to train their people to get their heads out and use customer service abilities instead of running their mouth about things they dont know.

        So frustrated with this company. I've had nothing but issues with equipment, service, communication and billing. None of the issues I was experiencing got resolved the first time. I had to make several trips there for each issue.
