See Inken and her team, T-Mobile has the best customer service as well as cellular service around. Been with T-Mobile 20 years and this is the best service I've ever recieved!!!

I just started service 3 days ago, was unhappy with the new phones. I went back and was given everything I needed to make my phones and service work the way I needed them to. Shout out to Chris for his phenomenal customer service skills and to Inken, the manager, for supporting her employee and customer to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended! Thanks to all!!!

My elderly mother had an issue with an untethered iPhone she was trying to get service for. She thought shed go to T-Mobile to see what they could do for her. She talked with the employee who asked her for certain information that she then gave. After some time, it didnt work out and she left. A couple weeks later she received a bill from T-Mobile for an account she never had. She calls and was told to come speak to a manager and file a fraud complain. She did this, being told shed get a callback. Some time later she gets a bill again saying its gone to collections. She calls again and is told to come talk to a manager. After the 3rd time she goes to the T-Mobile on 10th. The manager said it was just an accident and deleted it no problem but not without first being incredibly rude too my mother for being annoyed about this in the first place. Whoever the manager is on 10th, you shouldnt get snotty with people for making you do your job.
