I have been employed at ADF as a welder for around 7 years. A good place to work with growth opportunity. (If you seek it out and consistently show your interest for longer than a few weeks! I've seen an astronomical amount of new hires quit, or be fired, due to lack of motivation, and poor attendance within the first month of employment.) As with many corporations there is always room for improvement at it's roots, but management has come a long way from original date of hire in 2017; and they are continually accepting employee feedback and conducting employee surveys. Management is envisioning the company succeeding as a whole and taking actions as necessary for overall growth. In correspondence, generally management and supervisor interaction with employees will be impartial. When employees seek to apply: good attendance, safe practices, and proper work ethic they will hold a greater chance of providing themselves with a pleasant experience.

Interviewed with them in the summer/fall of 2023 as a relocation to Great Falls was offered a job and I said yes, things fell through for me and wasn't able to make the trip(Life happens!)....BUT I CALLED THEM and told them prior to my start date fast-forward to Jan 2024 I have the money to move and even housing in the area and was told there was no openings for me at this time, but several employment sites say other wise...there's a reason this company is only a two star business. I don't see a whole lot of honesty or integrity going on here in my opinion. And there seems to be a track record in the reviews
