We will never go here again. The place was dead inside even at supper time. But thats not important. We wanted to try the new Kings Hawaiian brown sugar bacon sandwich. There were at least 5 people working behind the counter and a couple minutes after we ordered, they said it was going to take 15 minutes to make the bacon! Very weird since they probably only microwave it. But we said ok. We sat down for about 25 minutes and nothing. I went up and no one paid attention to me until about 5-10 minutes later and said it was being made now. In that time I heard one of the employees say they forgot to put the bacon on (to cook, I guess). When I finally got the sandwiches (25 minutes late), the sandwiches were cold; not even lukewarm. I didnt even bother complaining because it took almost half an hour already. After waiting so long, youd figure it was going to be nice and fresh but it wasnt. I guess theres a reason no one else ate there while we were there. Dont go here. Just dont.

This Arby's still does fast food with friendly service. Went in for one of their promo specials. I got exactly what I wanted and ordered fast.

I love when Arby's has their fish sandwiches but this time was the worst I've ever had .if it was my first time it would be my last time. it's supposed to be crispy and golden brown my fish was instead yellow and Soggy and then too much mayonnaise was added it turned into a slimy mess. You guys can do better no rush there was nobody in line. 11:30 a.m. Monday.
