Stockman Bank

Horrible bank, with horrible banking practices. Their online system is complete garbage, the 800 number is essentially useless, and the locations are rude. Will mess with debit/credit transactions, then have zero problem charging you a $30 overdraft fee. This bank is on par with Bank of America. Bank with a credit union, you will safe time, money, and a hassle.

Do NOT even attempt to bank here. The lack of competency is alarming, and there is no attempt to try and work towards a solution for a very simple fix. The fact that they do not have any electronic signature apps is ridiculous. This is 2023. But, they want me to initial a blank screen for disclosures? Of course, I'll be happy to do that, what do I know what I'm signing, right? How they are in business is beyond me.

The absolute worst bank ever! They block my card a minimum of once a week. The customer service doesnt know what to do and says to call the bank. They dont let you buy cryptocurrency. Ive called and had it unblocked only to call again and have them apologize for not actually unblocking it! BUT STILL NOT UNBLOCKING IT. I am so done with this bank. Go to Helena valley bank I have never had a single issue with my debit card here.

The drive thru keeps getting slower.and slower.and sllllloooooowwwwwerrrrrr. Its like should I leave and come back for my receipt? Going on 20 min and this is not the first time.

Terrible experience with this bank. They refuse to deposit checks unless you have the person to verify that signature. Customer service is not well trained on common sense let alone handling an upset client. Will not ever do business with them, takes a lot to make me upset enough to leave a bad review. Good luck
