Customer service is not helpful. Fed Ex needs a local number to call with someone helpful.

Incompetent. My address comes up easily on Google maps. My house is clearly labeled. Yet my packages continue to be mis delivered. My favorite is when the tracking says it was left at my front door, but my cameras saw nothing. You know what they saw? The FedEx truck driving past my house. Or how about one time, the person they mis delivered to being kind and bringing my package. Currently trying to find why my packages aren't at Walgreens like I requested. Only reason I have them held there is because FedEx can never seem to find my house. I would never choose to use fedex. Unfortunately I didn't have a choice when I ordered these items. SO FRUSTRATED!

I rarely change reviews but the lady (and I'm sorry I forgot to get your name) working the shipping station at the FedEx Facility in Kalispell absolutely redeemed the brand and the facility today. She found my package was still in the facility and when no one would pickup in the warehouse she went after personally. Thank you for bringing my 2 week frustrating experience to an end! If I could give the FedEx in Kalispell a 0 Star I would. How can they say that an address that has been here for over 65 years is not valid? When it has NEVER changed? Your driver is just lazy. You sent a package back twice to the shipper without so much as calling me (the recipient) to check the address. I will NEVER EVER ship anything with FedEx again.
