I was expecting a package today. According to the texts I received it was to be delivered between 10:20am to 2:20pm. Instead, FedEx knocked on my door at 8:30am while I was indisposed. I was able to get a CSR but he told me my only choices were to wait for delivery or pick it up myself after 3pm. Why bother texting me a window of time if you are going to do whatever you want and further inconvenience me? CSR blamed it on the company sending the package as being cheap for the level of service they chose and said it couldn't be re-delivered on the same day. FedEx is the one that screwed up here. FedEx lied. I arranged my day to be available during this window and they screwed me. You suck, FedEx.

I arrived at the counter in Great Falls, MT with a ton of merchandise. I was far away from home and exhausted and frustrated by a hectic week. My merchandise was no where ready to be shipped so I had to package and then package some more so it was suitable. The KIND AND GENTLE guy at the counter picked up on my anxiety and made my experience the best it could have been. He was patient and offered me a calm demeanour that I needed. I believe your name is Jonah. Thank you for your kindness Sir. I hope you see this and know I very much appreciated you.
