    Moved into the apartment and it was not painted. Touch up paint did not match and spots of drywall that had been repaired and not painted. Asked for paint and was told they no longer have that color. So I bought a similar color and got permission from the apartment to touch up and even gave them the sample. Upon moving out I was charged $100.00 for shampooing which I also did shampoo the day prior. Was charged $20.00 for 4 light bulbs that were working. I was charged $155.00 for painting which was not done prior to me moving in. I have videos and pictures showing everything. I dont suggest this apartment. I tried explaining everything several times and was treated rudely. Response from reply below: The carpet cleaning I understood and had to issue with as I had expressed in the email. The paint however I had emails from your facility stating that you DID NOT have the same paint for the walls anymore and it was discontinued and you didnt have a sample for me, so YOU said it was okay to get a sample from the store. I even brought the sample to your maintenance team and they were grateful. I was going out of my way to repair and paint previous imperfections before I moved in with the drywall and thought I was doing a good thing as you gave me permission to do so. I took care of the facility beyond what you could think. I took the net and cleaned out the pool (I am sure there is a video of me doing so, pulled weeds in the flower beds and had called the office every time as the maintenance accidentally left the maintenance doors open etc. I was proud of where I lived. Then you lied and said bulbs were out in the kitchen as I had pictures and videos out of spite to just to get even more money from me. We did NOT have a good relationship, maybe at first but then I was getting picked on for stupid things like a noise complaint because a friend of mine drove in the complex with a motorcycle and I got wrote up for a noise complaint when the complex had occupants that had people living there with motorcycles but with me having a visitor it was not okay. My neighbor jammed his radio but he was never addressed. I was cleaning out my garage and the dumpster was full. The items that I placed next to the dumpsters were items that I didnt want to just throw in the trash as I had seen others leave items out just in case others would like them and could use them. Not with me as I got in trouble. Then I rescued 2 puppies that were free. Just had them one day. Had not even had the chance to contact the office as I had gotten them later the night before and that morning was fined 50.00 for having a dog on the property without repaint. While other people had pit bulls and Rottweilers that where banded in the contract. When addressed was told they were all service dogs when they clearly were not as I talked to the neighbors. You wonder why I moved. I am one of the most nicest respectful people. I am grateful, say please and thank you, will do anything for anyone and this was how I was treated in the end. I hated conflict. I am 44 years old and as of today this is the first review I had ever made in my life based of how I was treated if that says anything.

    You will not find better!! This complex is full of amazing people. This is my first apartment and Stefanie, wow, shes amazing! She explained everything to me about being a first time apartment owner and whenever I have any question, no matter how stupid I think they are, she answers them with absolute love and care. The maintenance crew is fantastic, every issue I have had they have fixed within the day! Snow removal is a blessing, and they have routine maintenance like dryer cleaning and furnace filter changing which keeps everything running perfectly. This is honestly an amazing place to live!

    I have lived here for just about a year. I have had no issues. The apartment is super nice. I live in a two bedroom and the master is huge. Stefanie in the office has always been excellent to work with and always gets back to me very quickly. The maintenance has also been very good. They have come out every time I have made a call and are very friendly. The pool in the summer was always clean. I am very happy living here.

    The former leasing lady Jaime was amazing.Stephanie the current lady is wonderful, sweet,patient and very professional. Kerry The maintenance guy has been amazing.my neighbors are great, no complaints whatsoever. my kids have grown in this apartments since they were born,there is some wear and tear,some scribbles on the walls mostly but that will b e taken care of before we move out (i dont expect our full refund lol)The snow removal is timely,the pool is always clean,the patios are spacious This has been home for the past few years and the next year,I've recommended a few friends here, if i had to do it over again I'd choose chadwick.

Missy,1. Just because you did your own touch up painting does not excuse you from the damage to the walls that led us to make the decision to paint the full apartment. You do not possess the skills that professional painters or drywallers have. Also, the bill for painting and apartment is way more than $155, we acknowledge normal wear and tear for walls and paint.2. We had an email conversation about the carpet cleaning on 10/24-10/25 where you acknowledged you have to have the carpets professionally cleaned. We require this after every move out. It was at your own personal request that we hire the carpet cleaner that we contract to do the cleaning for you! You never gave us a receipt or invoice from the professional service that you claim happened did the day prior to moving out making it impossible for us to know.3. We also made it very clear that all we ask is that you leave the apartment in the same condition as when you found it minus normal wear and tear. Replacing light bulbs is a very simple request you were sent move out guidelines explaining that you will be charged if you do not replace your light bulbs that do not work. So that is why you were billed for light bulbs.Your accusation of not being treated with respect is shocking because everything was fine and we had a great relationship with you until you got your checkout summary and realized you were indeed receiving a REFUND, just not a full refund of your deposit. Now you have made these baseless claims public on our review board and I must call you out on them.Best Regards,The Chadwick Apartments Management
