Yeah so this is a scam. It's a call center service and they don't actually send anyone out. They just charge you some money and that's it. 100 scam.

Keys work great. Only reason for not getting 5 stars is the price.wway too expensive for 1 key 10 dollars is a bit much especially if you need multiple keys made.

Transponder key works just fine, no issues.

The keys are super hard to turn in my locks and harder to get out. They do eventually unlock or lock the door.

I was apprehensive about using a kiosk to make a car key, but it was less than if I had the manufacture make it and I had it in about a week! It works perfectly!!!
