Worst apartments Ive ever lived in. The rent is sky high for these raggedy out dated apartments. Office hours fluctuate due to the managers closing whenever they want. If they are open until 6 why is it closing at 4 ? Makes no sense. Dont rent here, Ill never refer a friend. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues.

Been living here for almost a year now, our air conditioning unit has been broken for a week now and still has not been fixed, not to mention its been in the 80s all week so my apartment is now sitting at 82 degrees, every time I call I get the same response, only one maintenance worker so I understand its difficult but considering the high rent, small square footage per apartment and outdated appliances, it would be nice to at least be able to be comfortable in your own apartment, definitely do not recommend to others and 100% will not be renewing our lease here! Much better places out there that actually care about their renters.

I would not recommend. Moved in January 24th advised office of issues I did not accept. Still not fixed. Garages are in bad shape wood is rotting around mailboxes. Drugs in parking lot. Had to repair some items myself. If you need maintenance you need to call South Dakota. Parking lot in bad need of repair. Cheapest carpet I've ever seen. For the money look elsewhere.
