Skye and the general manager were freaking awesome !!!! It was skyes first shift and you wouldn't even known it ! I needed internet and internet fast and these 2 ladies delivered and made my bad day a little better.

I am very happy with this T-Mobile store I had been having an ongoing problem with my brothers Verizon account and I wanted to get him added onto my account where I knew there was reliable service and good customer service if there ever was a problem. Store manager Daizy and her staff helped me help my brother get added onto my account, and get him a new iPhone which he absolutely loves. All of the staff here at this store is very helpful friendly and Ive even watch them helping other people and see how professional and efficient.

This is updated review. Jay the manager was super helpful. I switched back from Verizon after 3 years. Went very smooth. Jay did a great job with explaining everything.

The reps kept reaching across my phone pushing buttons when it was absolutely unnecessary. There was zero reason to touch my personal device because I was there returning equipment. The equipment was placed into a box too large for it to be shipped undamaged. I had to also take it to the shipping store myself when the email indicated I could return it to the store. The shipping store agreed the box was too large for the device and filled it with bubble wrap. This is the second time I have been to this location and the same girl helped me. She is uninformed and not able to articulate what she needs in order to provide any sort of customer service. She indicated that we would be receiving a discount on a phone when moving out plan over. I later learned over the phone with CS that was not the case. We paid full price for a phone and did not get a discount with the new phone plan.
