We found a beautiful home in the outskirts of Omaha in the Florence area. It was built by the owner and his Father. The septic system was not exactly to code. We had drains in the laundry room exploded with sewage. Zoom came four times and didnt charge us for repeated problems. The Customer Service people are so polite and professional in this time of computer phone systems where you have to waste time choosing a hundred different phone options , they are good old fashioned people that answer the phone and are polite and patient with panicked customers. I would recommend Zoom to anyone with water. Sewage and drainage problems Keep up the great work Zoom its a refreshing experience when you have emergencies. GREAT WORK!!!!
