Had a 911 with an infected Ash tree splitting at a large limb that extended over the house and deck roof. Mike was in my yard inspecting within less than 2 hours of first getting in touch with him on a Saturday. He had the appropriate boom lift with him after sharing photos of gate access to the backyard. Quote was better than I feared and he had the 75’ ash down single handed in just over two hours. Surprisingly Bad service. Mike the owner came to my house while I was gone. Gave me a quote on price. When he came back to look at it again gave me a higher quote and said it was because of the stump roots he didn't initially see. Then he told me I could save money by doing the clean up because that was not included. I asked about how many of my yard waste containers it would take and he said one to one and a half. I thought okay I can do that. They started Sunday worked all day and then Monday I came home from work. They had quit doing my yard and started working on a neighbors tree and had my driveway blocked. I ended up with twelve recycling containers of dirt and tree shreds. I also had holes all over my yard a foot wide and a foot deep from dropping huge limbs to the ground. I called the guy to see if he would come finish the job and he would not return my calls. I work a labor job and would get fired for this level of work. If you do make the mistake of having this guy do it make sure you have him clean up before you pay him. Mike is very professional and did an excellent job. He had to temporarily remove my chain link fence due to needing the area for his cherry pickers’ support footing, but reinstalled it all like it was never distributed. His bid/quote is very competitive and I am extremely happy with the work.

I appreciate their promptness and efficiency. They came out the first day to evaluate the situation, and excavated the stump the following day. Then cleaned up the entire mess and were gone like the wind. Worth every penny. This is precisely what you want from a tree service.
