Atrium Tree Service

The crew is outstanding, friendly and capable. We've used them twice, once to trim up trees and remove a large split limb on a box elder, the other to remove 3 medium sized trees and a 20' fir trunk that was surrounded on all sides by buildings. They work quickly and careful. Best thing is they really take clean up seriously. Our yard is clean and beautiful when they leave.

Had a great experience with Atrium from beginning to end. I had called several other local tree services to come give me an estimate on removing a 70 foot ash and trimming a similar size walnut and got little response. But Grant came out promptly, gave me a lot time time looking at my trees and thinking about the best approach, and then scheduled promptly to do the job. The crew of 5 (including Grant) arrived on time, were friendly and professional, were careful with our property and worked hard to protect other existing trees, and then cleaned up thoroughly. I should add that this ash tree was only about 30 feet from our house and surrounded by other living trees in good shape and they took the entire thing straight down without a hitch. Very reasonably priced and I felt an excellent value. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Atrium and I already have plans to have them return and trim some other big trees we have on our property.

We found this business via a flyer they left on our door and are glad we did! They were very responsive and had our tree down in just a week after contacting them. They did a great job for a great price. Definitely would recommend. Service: Tree removal

The crew at Atrium is always pleasant to work with. Grant responds to inquiries right away, with a fair estimate. They first did work for us a few years back, cutting down several large trees, and the professional job they did then was why I hired them for this job. This crew did a phenomenal job, removing our 75-year-old cottonwood tree deftly and precisely. Their drops were aimed perfectly. I was extremely impressed. This was a job with a lot of possibilities for issues, as the tree had two trunks and was on a steep hill. They had no issues. The whole crew worked together, keeping each other and my home safe. They left our yard cleaner than they found it. They were also a friendly bunch! I would and will hire Atrium Tree Service every time. Service: Tree removal

Initially, we reached out to Atrium Tree Service because we saw good reviews and wanted to support a smaller business. I called a couple times and left messages. Grant would get back to us the next week and did apologize for the late response. We were able to get him out to our house later that week for a quote. He was on time for the quote/walk around and provided a lot of great information. We really enjoyed the interaction. Was told we would get a write up sent to us and we could schedule service from there. Sent a follow up text initially early July, never heard back. Called 2-3 times over the following weeks in July and left messages. Still no response. Really did want to business with Grant and Atrium Tree Service but eventually it was clear we werent a priority. Ended up contacting a different company and hate to say that the response time was night and day difference. Wish it would have worked out differently.
