        Service was great for several years. Now it seems like internet is down as much as it is up. Have called several times during outages just to be told that we would receive a call when service was more reliable. The call has never come. Called today to be told that they weren't even trying to keep the customers, and if we cancelled to be sure to return the equipment. I guess I expected more from a local-ish small business.
