        Even the ATM line be really long and people be taking their sweet time forgetting that its other people in line waiting but if you ever come on a busy day be ready to wait.

        Went to another branch off of charleston and lamb area to open a new account..i left without opening an account. Not helpful at all. Came into this nellis branch and i wish i chose this branch in the first place. Everyone was super friendly..knew how to do their job and i got my new account open. Idk how this nellis branch got less stars than the charleston one...this nellis branch has better workers

        December of 2021 and this branch is still implementing summer of 2020 Covid protocol including: Making you wait outside, Only have 2 tellers, Social Distancing and reduced capacity and checking your mask to make sure it's covered your whole face .
