Poor experience with Wells Fargo. Out of four branches in my area, only one open. So with saying that. Seventeen customers waiting in line. Quarter star Rating.

So I had an appointment and was about 2 minutes away when I got a confirmation of arrival call from Sal this was good news he was on time to expect me. Well when I arrived there was some difficulty opening my new account in person. Talk about frustrating as this was my second visit to another Wells Fargo. Well Sal wasn't able to open my new account but he did suggest I try and do it online. I told him I wasn't sure how to do that ( I thinks he could hear the frustration in my voice) so he offered to sit right there at his desk and walk me through the process. Thank you Sal for providing great customer service. I'm still a happy Wells Fargo customer.

Been standing in front of the teller for 40 minutes to cash a wells fargo check written to me by guitar center for a return. 5 apologies later for it taking so long and Im still here. Not once has a manager asked the teller if he needs help, and not once has the manager come over to ask if I'm good. The check was less than $2k and they are treating it like its a million dollars. Will never do business here again, nor should anyone else.
