        The young man that was checking in everyone was very accomodating. He was caring and personable and understanding. I would like to advise one person trying to manage a busy place is unacceptable. My wait at 12:00 was over one hour due to the lack of help and the influx of customers.

        Convenient place to rent a car. Nice people, a bit short staffed that day but they worked hard to get us though. My experience at this location is one of the reasons I stick with Enterprise.

        Picked up car at westin hotel. Depsite Vlad being very busy, he gave us quality time and advice. Never made us feel rushed. One customer was angry about a fee, but Vlad was professional and handled this well. Vlad took us to the car to make sure our five bags would fit and they did. Impressed with Vald's dedication to customer service. Please recognize his efforts.
