Visiting Las Vegas Modern Smiles Dentistry was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with the utmost respect and care by Dr. Luong, Marita, and the entire staff. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient, which is something I greatly appreciate.
Dr. Luong was exceptional in explaining the procedure for my wisdom tooth extraction, ensuring I understood every step of the process. His expertise and confidence were reassuring, making me feel at ease about the procedure. Marita was incredibly supportive throughout, providing clear aftercare instructions and answering all my questions with patience and kindness.

I've been coming to this dentist for years. Every one in the office is so nice. The dentist Timothy I'm not pleased with I had cleaning scheduled for today 3/1/24
I took off from work go for regular cleaning and was told you need to have the scaling cleaning i said that is not what I was told when I made the appointment.
And he said you need new x-rays we haven't had any since August, they did full x-rays in Jan 2024 because I had an emergency tooth pulled. So they did the x-rays again today and he told me about cracked teeth and a bunch of issues that he seen, I said you didn't mention this in January. All he kept saying how would you like to proceed I said what are my options he said pull or crown, I said I'll probably get them crowned but not today. I said sometime this year. I said just a regular cleaning today. He refused and said the scaling cleaning or nothing and literally walked out. I'm floored by his horrible demeanor and has me almost in tears.
I took off from work for this appointment.
It's my teeth shouldn't I be able to decide what cleaning treatment I want.
Absolutely horrible. Unfortunately I'm already looking for a new dentist until he is replaced. Seems to me since I didn't want any of the procedures not covered by my insurance he declined to clean my teeth. What's that called upcharges.
I'll miss the rest of the staff

I went in for a cleaning. My insurance covers two cleanings a year. They took x-rays and I have no cavities. The dentist and office staff wanted to upsell me on a laser gum treatment that wasn't covered by my insurance. I declined and told them I just want the cleaning. They refused to clean my teeth unless I bought the $960.00 laser gum treatment. Horrible!
