On our recent visit to the AT&T store on Los Altos in Sparks, my husband I had the pleasure of working with Wes Nicholls. As seniors, some of the tech stuff can be a little confusing. Wes was so patient and explained things in a way we could understand. He helped us with options for new phones and set us up for success. Wes is a real asset to the AT&T team!

Everyone in the store was so kind and helpful, I had Ira help my family and I. Her and the management team were so helpful. They are doing amazing in that store. Great team to work with. Highly recommend this place and service

1st time we went was very busy and we have been told our turn comes after 20 minutes so we left. Second time we just instantly get served and staff was very cooperative.
