ER at Skye Canyon

Everyone here was fantasic when I went in. Secruity (did not get his name) was very kind upon entry. RN Nicole, was great did my triage quickly and brought me icepacks. She also made sure I was put in a room close to the door since I was having trouble walking. DO Lundberg was extremely kind, popped into check on me a few times while waiting for my xray results, just to reassure me I had not been forgotten. He sat down to talk to be about my results. I love when providers do this, you can tell he cares for every patient that comes in. Jojo took care of my discharge and explained everything throughly while taking care of my injury. All in all the staff did a great job to get me in and out in a timely manner. They were all great at paying attention to small details that made my visit more comfortable. Facility was clean too! I am appreciative of the care I recieved! Will definitely come back if I need to.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible place lacking basic empathy and compassion. Couldnt have pushed me out quicker. Dont waste your time/money.

If I could give this ER 0 stars, I would Id like to share that this ER has a nurse practitioner named Cassandra Orosz, who was dismissive, unprofessional and flat out rude. My 2.5 year old son has a lump below his ear, closer to the back of his neck and as a first time parents with him being our only child, of course we freaked. We took him in and Cassandra had a very judgy face when I explained why we were there. She then proceeded to compare with I guess a similar situation one of her kids had and how she let the lump be for several weeks/months until she finally decided it needed to be checked out - umm FYI, if you havent noticed, we are clearly not the same. She had the audacity to say that even if it was cancerous, they wouldnt be able to do much there. UMM is that really something a parent wants to hear? Of course not! She could have easily offered other resources where we could get help and even offer a more comforting statement rather than her out of line statement. She also had the audacity to ask what did you expect Is that supposed to be funny sarcasm? Because we found nothing funny about that snarky comment but offensive. My son was able to get X-Rays and they came back clear but while waiting, I was on here looking at their reviews - not all that great. She came in saying X-Rays came back clear and asked if I had an questions or concerns. I told her not really, I saw the reviews this ER had and it made sense. She suddenly felt the need to sit down and ask where that was coming from. I told her what I said above and she said that some patients go into the ER knowing what they want done (regarding x-rays, CT scans, etc) and I let her know that in her field, she cant assume every single person is the same. You simply cant make assumptions that everyone is going to come in with a list of things they want done. People come to the ER to seek help and thats exactly what I was expecting but unfortunately didnt receive. If I was a doctor or nurse myself, I wouldnt be there, Id be reaching out to my own colleagues for their professional help but Im not educated in medicine therefore we came here to seek proper and professional help. She provided ZERO comfort and ZERO help. If youre reading this, unsure if you should bring your child here, do yourself a favor and do not waste time coming here.

Was seen there yesterday and in and out within the hour. Dr. Shreer and Marcia, RN were so nice and professional. The doc triaged and took my vitals. Facility runs very efficiently. Definitely would recommend coming here. The facility was very nice and clean. Thank you for a great experience.

This is our first choice for all illnesses. Weve been twice in 2 years and both times were treated quickly and with amazing care. I wish I could remember our first Doctors name but our Doctor tonight is Dr. Choi. Our nurse was Heather. Dr. Choi is awesome and has wonderful bedside manner especially with my 8 year old son. Heather was very sweet and personable. We were in and out within an hour and thats unheard of especially in Vegas!
