Hello Philomena! We definitely don’t have our standards as a one-star review company and definitely not a fraudulent one either. We don't have any emails, calls or messages from you regarding your concern about this order that I can see. I can assure you that these flowers were delivered fresh and not "dying on delivery" (we have delivery pictures) we still have some of those flowers in store and they are still fresh and alive, we do suggest our customers to keep flowers in a cool area away from direct sun to protect them from heat. We do apologize for any inconveniences this has caused you, but we do have a 3-day policy for any issues regarding an order and unfortunately your order was sent to us by FTD and not placed directly on our website so we cannot refund you since we did not take the payment also I know ftd does not refund orders that have been delivered over 3 days.
