Current employee and i dont know where to start honestly. Ive experienced discrimination against myself, they have family as employees that just get to do whatever they want, there is no type of growth within the company, i was told i get a bonus after 90 days passed 90 days and was told that if its not in written form then there isnt a bonus so i was lied to about that they start experienced laborers at 15.50 and dont want to even offer any type of raise. I ask to work overtime and they always have an excuse for why i cant get over time but allow the other employees to and say well we already have the crews that they need supposedly. I have tried to go to HR about my issues and let me just say worst idea i made they support and back up the wrong people, im currently looking for different employment opportunities if your looking to do landscaping go else where i promise.
