Just brought back a package to be returned the lady clerk greetings friendly and her and gentlemen helped with send back no problem recommend this place to my friends and family

Came in to do a passport application, and when we came to the end the passport packet we realized that we needed for certificates and copies of certain documents so we left by the time we got back I guess it was a shift change everyone in there was very disrespectful not helpful at all. There were six or seven people behind the counter which that is great. I'm so glad they're employer these people who don't want to do their job, but this is the worst FedEx location I have ever been to an shame on those people in the afternoon, everyone of them should be fired, including the manager care.

Fed ex review I am writing this review on my behalf of my mother: if I could give 0 stars I would. my nieces (2 & 1 year) old needed Tylenol for their illnesses due to the Tylenol shortage. I live in Vegas and My nieces live in california and I was told by FedEx that this medicine can be overnighted the next day, arriving at their residence by 8am. With the impending weather, I double checked that this could arrive in time and I was assured that this would be delivered by 8am. The medicine was delivered 5 DAYS PAST and rather being shipped to directly to Los Angeles, it first went to Tennessee where it stayed for days! When I discussed this matter with FedEx, I was told that the delayed delivery was out of their hands. This company not only took my $100 and said oh well but never delivered the medicine when it was needed the most. I understand that weather can change delivery times, but FedEx (both the store and corporate) did not care in partially or fully refunding the extra charge I paid. When I said Id cancel the payment, they said Id never be allowed to ship FedEx again. Do yourself a favor, use UPS. FedEx turned me into a life long UPS customer. :)
