It's very affordable , quiet But Roaches ,not secure Homeless people can walk through the apartment complex well anybody off the street..You can't never get anything fixed, Each apartment Unit need to have assigned parking IT'S not cool when you pay rent you have fine parking

Very bad place the office never answers and comes up with exuses all the time on why they didn't do this or that they where on lunch and they are very rude.the place is infested with roaches and the pest control only comes once every six months and when he comes he barely even puts anything. Considering that they never have "time" to go and help you ,I spend a whole week without air-conditioning and they still say oh we need to call the company and we waited for days and when they're supposed to come they say there on lunch very bad place and management.and they take hours supposedly on there lunch yet last time I remember it's supposed to be 30 minutes yet they take hours.

I lived here for two years. Overtime the bathroom closet and bedroom closets fell down. The metal was warped. The fake tile was disgusting and chipping. When I moved out I left it empty and cleaned as much of the fake tile that I could. The carpet was worn down of course after two years. I was charged for numerous things (carpet cleaning, closest doors which I reported broken and were never fixed, and cleaning in general. I'm sorry don't u have to fix up a apartment when renting it out again? The biggest and worst part was the management team which has switched over twice since I was there. My favorite part was trying to talk to the person in charge who seem to be out of the office every time I stop by or called. The only person there was the glorified assistant manager with the frosted tips ..he told me the real manager wasn't there.
