Budget Car Rental

Charged a $250 cleaning fee for literally a few hairs on the seats when I returned it.

Shout out to the honesty at budget rent a car. I left a package in the trunk of the car and miss lady at the front desk called me and returned my package. I have always had a good experience there, they always been kind with fast service. I'm a traveling nurse and I rent cars often and I don't always receive great customer service and that can be very frustrating. Thanks for having integrity

Worst experience ever... Very ghetto employee will rip you off on the added insurance, intimidate you, and add extra charges when you return. Rent somewhere else!

If I could leave zero to negative stars I would. They charge you for things you are not aware of. Be aware of this company. They overcharged me for 4 gallons at 10 dollars per gallon. They claim they filled the car even though the tank was unable to be filled at 100% capacity. I would never do business with this company again. An 80 dollar car rental became a $180 charge, even though I only used it for 6 hours. It is a scam waiting to happen.
