Carrie was fantastic! We were so blessed to have worked with her through our loan. We were prequalified with a few lenders when started shopping for rates, but Carrie was ultimately the reason we decided to go to Loan Depot. She was professional, proactive, extremely knowledgable, and much much more! I felt reassured she was with us through our loan process because although home buying is a daunting process, she took the time to really explore our options and explain them thoroughly to us. She remained our main point of contact from beginning to end of our transaction and we couldn't be more grateful.
