    Okay Caleb is hands down a 10/10. So helpful and has the customers best interest as his #1 priority. He helped me and went above and beyond what I expected after being treated pretty poorly at Verizon. Made me feel like there is hope left for quality customer service. And as for Sierra another 10/10, she was so nice and extremely good at making the experience actually enjoyable, crazy I know that says a lot. Thank you guys!!!!!!

    About 2 years ago we switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and we have been very happy with the service. What has been equally amazing is the customer service at the store located at 173 Los Altos Pkwy, Sparks, NV 89436 has the best staff. They are available, knowledgeable and answer even the simplest questions. A special shout-out to the two young ladies who helped with my iPhone on 02/11/23.

    Unfortunately I would never recommend this TMobile location. We purchased our service by phone through TMobile was told we could go to any location to set up our phones when we went to this location I was told "No, we can't do that. We can only put in the sim card". That didn't make since. Called TMobile they said the location should be able to help. Went back in only again to have the manager talk in circles. We can't , well you would have to call and get your account number and pin to port the new phone but it may not work. Well can we try, we can't because you bought it on line.y husband very upset said why can't you do this if your TMobile. He then said he didn't like how my husband was acting and asked us to leave. We then called TMobile back and they said let me talk to the manager. Who had conviently left to the back saying I want you to leave and you are trespassed from this location. We were so confused. He went to the back to go to lunch. What the heck. We called TMobil back again they said let us talk to the manager. He finally came out of the back and said I'm not helping you. My husband asked why he is so sensitive. He said I'm asking you to leave because your belittling me. What the heck? Then proceeded to say if you don't leave I will call PD. Yes we understand that a place of business can ask you to leave for any reason but our daughter then said " what did we do for him to call PD?" To say the least worst experience ever. Go to the one of Disc who is an actual TMobil rep not a 3rd party rep. This company Verge mobile really needs to look into this. They sent another lady away crying because they couldn't help her. Seriously someone needs to follow up. Side note the other employee that was working did seem like he felt bad.

    Visited this location on 12/28, was told i needed new phones to fully switch to T-Mobile from sprint and that I could not cancel lines and get a promo on any others, the having to get all new phones did not bode well with me so I called T-Mobile and was told none of that was true and was able to switch my "uncompatible" phones quite easily. These people work on commission, both the woman and man working were dishonest and I'll never be going in there again. Scamming people out of money is never ok.
