Everyone was friendly. Josh helped me choose the phone and even transferred all of my information. He was patient since I don't know a lot about phones and I really appreciated that. These representatives go above and beyond. Thanks so much guys!

They were so helpful! What a great staff. The manager, David, assisted me with a billing issue and helped me choose the perfect new phone. If you need a phone, they will help you find one that is good for your lifestyle. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I regret coming to this store instead of the Decatur location. Upon walking in the atmosphere was dead because everyone was on their personal phones. There was no interaction of friendly faces when you walk in. I was helped by Tia who didnt seem like she wanted to be working or maybe assisting us. She was not rude, but not friendly either. She didnt interact with us. She was on her phone while helping us. It felt as if she wanted us in and out. We upgraded a line and got a new phone, didnt even offer us any accessories. She didnt even go over the bill or the charges with us. Literally hand over the phone in its box sealed and said here. I asked if she needed to open it to see if its working and she said no. Every store Ive ever bought a phone from will open it and make sure you leave with a working number. Not here. I went and sat in car only to realize it was not working. The port didnt go through. I went back in and Paul assisted me who was a much better experience. Friendly and explained the port can take up to 24 hours because she didnt explained that to us. But to end this story as we were done with the transaction she literally walked away from us and to new customers with out even saying bye or asking if we had questions. I was not going to write this review, but after carefully thinking of it these are people who should not be working in the customer service industry because it gives the brand or location a bad reputation. If youre having a bad day stay home. The 2 stars were for Paul because if not this location deserves 0
