    For the past six + weeks my pharmacy and I have been calling this office trying to get me a much needed refill (or appointment if necessary). For my asthma inhaler. Neither one of us have received ANY response. i have left numerous messages. ZERO response. I work outside and have severe asthma. Their non-response is putting my health at risk. I have been working for weeks now without an emergency inhaler that I could potentially die without. In addition, I am paying thousands of dollars and receiving absolutely nothing in return. I followed up and sent an email to many of the key upper management at CHA including CEO Oscar Delgado and others to voice my concerns. I have received absolutely zero contact from them for the past three weeks. This message was sent October 21, 2020. I will be filing a complaint with the state of Nevada and the BBB and I'm considering a lawsuit against CHA for repayment of the premiums i've paid.

    Went here due to no insurance and my husband was working. Had anxiety bad and bad acid reflux. I swore I was pregnant. I couldnt afford extra testing for things. Ended up at the hospital with severe anxiety attack. They told me I wasnt pregnant. I went back to get back on my old meds. Less than a week later I had a miscarriage. Between the Cymbalta and the anti acid (which she said was safe for pregnancy, wasnt) is what were sure caused the miscarriage. I was warned about the Cymbalta , but I was also told I wasnt pregnant and fought with them here and St. Marys. Will never go back to either.
