My experience with UHM was efficient, informative and personable. We had experienced at least 3 other lending companies in our years long journey to home ownership and UHM surpassed them all by far. Shanin Sansoucie was our loan office and I can't thank her enough. She made us feel so at ease the whole process which made us feel confident in this big step we were taking. She put together many options and explained them all to us to ensure we would make an informed 30-year decision. Throughout each step of the process UHM emailed us personalized info-videos explaining what step was happening on their end and what to expect next. Shanin and the UHM team intended to get us closed on our first house in 24 days and we ended up closing 3 days sooner!! I have since logged into my payment dashboard and I'm incredibly impressed with the user interface. There are many forecast calculators to play with along with the ease of use in paying our monthly mortgage or just on the principal, without having to call directly, when or if we feel like it. Thrilled to recommend UHM and Shanin.

Union Home Mortgage provides big bank solutions with the personalized attention you'd find at a small, local bank. Zero hiccups throughout the process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase real estate. Their new construction programs are really cool and forward thinking.
