I have used Seacoast for years. Great service, reasonable rates, they do a great job and leave the house clean. They recently squeezed me in when I was in a jam with guests staying over even though they were jammed. Thank you guys! Services: Drain cleaning, Toilet installation

I hired this company for my clients in the past as I am a real estate agent in the seacoast. However, the first time I used them for my own personal use, they came and did work that didn't resolve the issue I had hired them for. I received an invoice for $375.00. I called their office to ask if they had plans on coming back as the issue that they were hired to come resolve had not, in fact, been resolved and I hadn't received a follow up call - just a bill. The receptionist told me I get charged whether something is fixed or not and said something along the lines of "You don't expect to work for free, do you so we don't either?" I understand service calls and paying for labor. I understand training (or lackthereof) and not all personnel is reflective of the company, as a whole. However, this was my experience. So I paid the bill and had zero desire to have them come do work for me again. They did, in fact, call to remedy the situation after I voiced my disatisfaction to the receptionist, who most likely explained to the higher ups. I work in a customer-service industry and to be spoken to the way I had been, I just don't feel the need to continue to patronize this company. They had already charged me $375 to come and fix nothing. I didn't want to spend another $375 for them to come and fix nothing again. I'm sorry you feel my 1 star rating is unfair or a "revenge" or "nonsense" or "childish".but this was my experience and it is not something I would rate as five stars. Service: Drain cleaning
