Clem's Plumbing & Heating

Terrible. Scheduled a day and time for service. He asked me to send him an email to remind him (so I did) with the address, date, time, and service required. When he was 15 minutes late I called him to see if everything was alright but the call went to voicemail. I waited another 10 minutes and called again- still right to voicemail. He never called, never even showed up! So unprofessional.

We just recently had Clem's Plumbing and Heating install a new propane water heater for us, since our old one sprung a leak. His service was quick, reliable, efficient, and the new water heater works great! I would recommend Clem's to anyone looking for great service with a smile. Thank you so much for your help. The water heater is beautiful!

DANGER!! UPDATE- 3/2/2017- My boiler started spewing dangerous smoke and exhaust fumes throughout my home. After I placed the emergency call to my NEW furnace guy, he informed me that the boiler was clogged and backed up appearing as though it had not been cleaned in 2 years!!! I just hired Clem's not more than 4 months earlier and they failed to clean the heating system properly! Putting my baby, my wife and myself at risk!! Absolutely ridiculous., Please do not hire him, he could be a danger to your well being. I was shocked when he charged me $200 for my yearly boiler cleaning, but that's on me for not getting a price upfront. What really angered me is that after he "cleaned" my boiler it started shutting down randomly at least once a day, which means I wake up to some pretty cold mornings! Then when I called him to get this problem fixed he claimed he had nothing to do with it and refused to fix it...funny because I did not have this problem before he showed up. He will not be invited back.
