As always it was a productive visit. I really appreciate the way she explains everything and asks questions as I do forget some symptoms etc. Dr Nowrin is very professional without the ego trip I've experience with other doctors. I've never met a more efficient doctor. She is an asset to her profession.

I've been going here for over 25 years, my medicine hasn't changed in 15 years, however for some reason they can NEVER seem to get it right .... I go to my yearly physical so I can get the medication they want me to take. Then send it to a pharmacy I don't use, and miss a few now I've spent the last four days calling their office to get it right. They've informed me that they expedited my script to the doctor, so what's the problem???? The pharmacy is waiting on a doctor too what?! Push a button!!!! that's what is taking 4 plus days! As Patients, we are told we can't raise our voices. We can't Express how we feel, or we'll be turned away and not treated. However, shouldn't the doctors be held up to the same standards that the patients are held up to? And who is there to check their mistakes

I have Hashimoto disease thats was just from Hashimotos disease to hyper thyroidism, she knew this, taking me on as a patient that I had a long history of unhealthy things like meningitis and neurological infection. The prior doctor at this practice had completely miss, almost killing me with obvious science of a neurological infection. Knowing this and knowing my PTSD with doctors in hospitals, and having a hard time going to visit, she kicked me out of the practice knowing I need my medication did not refill my medication for me Im having a hard time finding a doctor that Im comfortable with. A lot of doctors are judgmental and a lot of doctors let things slide right by jeopardizing my health and life. Hence why I have a hard time finding a doctor that Im willing to see. And trust was insensitive and did not do anything other than send me a letter after missing three appointments just three appointments. She kicked me out of the practice completely. I have been without my thyroid medication for almost a month and a half. Due to my mental health, Im having a hard time seeking another doctor, I am in a health crisis at the moment, and she is insensitive. She also took my best friend off of a medication. She has been on her entire life life, putting her health and mental health in jeopardy because she was biased. Shes judgmental and she is close minded. She is insensitive and she is uncompassionate. I wish that she did not have her license.

Was a patient for 6+ years. Staff is rude and incompetent. Office uses an answering service instead of dealing directly with patients. Answering service failed on multiple occasions to provide correct accurate information, including medication, refills, appointment, and call backs. Office lead Melissa is unprofessional, and lacks empathy to caring for patience and their individual needs.
