Its been about a month now. We have received so many compliments on our new floor. Jake and the installation process went very smoothly and professional. Jake did an outstanding job. Mark was exceptionally nice and extremely helpful! Cant say enough about this store if you are looking for high quality products and workmanship. This is the place for you! We love our floor. In the we will be back to purchase other products.

I highly recommend you call Mark at R Fraser for your flooring needs. When I contacted Mark to help me, he arrived at my house within days. He offered me several solutions but never sold me on anything. He then sent his floor refinishing lead to come and talk to me about one solution and then sent his floor install lead to discuss another option, so I was able to get every question answered. I chose new vinyl flooring and worked with Mark to pick out the right one for me and my home. Jake did the install and I can't say enough about him. He did fantastic work and clearly takes pride in what he does. The other reason I recommend Mark & Jake is my dog, he has some health issues and is very curious & anxious dog, so I was concerned about how he would be during this process. While I waited for my flooring to be ordered and arrive, Mark would give me updates and always ask about my dog. Jake also took this to heart, and when here he made sure to spend time at the beginning building trust with my dog. So I will be forever grateful for not only the wonderful experience I had and the beautiful floors but how they cared about my dog.
