This was a great experience from start to finish. Mark was great to work with. He came to our house to measure everything then provided multiple quote options. My wife and I purchased LVP flooring and installed it ourselves in our bedroom. Mark provided plenty of tips for a successful installation. For our stairs and upstairs hall, we had them install carpeting. DJ and Joey did a fantastic job. They were professional and did a high quality job. The stairs are great and you can't see the seam in the hall carpet. It was such a good job that DJ pointed to the seam and I still couldn't see it. We will definitely use them again. Mark and the team at R. Fraser were a pleasure to work with. Their pricing was more than fair and beat out several other quotes we received for our project, without all the nickel and diming and line items for things like trim removal and replacement. Flooring and carpet selection was great. Mark even went out of his way to order a larger sample of one of our choices so we could see more of the details of the grain. The installer from our project, DJ was also top notch. He worked hard, was polite and did a fantastic job. He was also a one man show due to unforeseen circumstances and worked his tail off to ensure our project was complete. Overall I would highly recommend R.
