These little weasels left a mess on Main st, in Nashua, driver saw the mess he made in his rear view, and just drove off. I will be calling the state, and I hope other people do, to run this scammer company out of New Hampshire. SHAME ON YOU!

Shred-it has been over billing us for over a year. I have called customer service over 5 times to get his remedied and there still hasn't been any response. Their billing department is an absolute joke. We have cancelled our services because of this and I was told I would need to pay to get out of the contract. They just sent our final invoice and they still over-charged us!!! I want to become current on the account but have no idea what I owe. BEWARE!!

Unfortunately, my overall experience has been marred by what I can only describe as a series of unfortunate events related to billing issues, absurd surcharges, and questionable service fees. From the beginning, it has been a challenge to decipher the invoices received, as the billing statements lack transparency and clarity. The absence of detailed explanations for charges has left me puzzled and frustrated, making it nearly impossible to understand the basis for the fees incurred. As a loyal customer, I believe it is my right to receive comprehensive and comprehensible billing information. Moreover, the inclusion of absurd surcharges and service fees has only added to my dismay. These additional charges appear to be arbitrary and lack a clear justification, leaving me questioning the fairness of your billing practices. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty when it comes to financial transactions, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience with your company. The lack of clear and honest communication about these charges feels like a breach of trust. As a consumer, I deserve to be informed about any additional costs associated with the services I am availing. Unfortunately, your company's billing practices have left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied.
