        Probably worst customer service ever. If you need to call to speak with someone you might as well get comfortable because you will be on hold for close to an hour before being disconnected!!! Only to call back again and have it happened AGAIN! Good two hours wasted and still no answer to my question!!!!!! Btw...that 1-800-69-SHRED IT is a telephone number to an ENDLESS hold that leads nowhere!! NO ONE answers!!!!!!
