I had a very positive experience overall with this Citizens branch in the Goffstown Hannaford. I was originally drawn by their late hours open on a Saturday being able to call and request an appointment. In the branch office, Amanda and Missie really went above and beyond to take care of me. I will definitely be back for more banking with them soon. Thank you

Drove 17 miles just to be told their system was down all day, you would of thought they would close so when people looked up address on line they would see and go somewhere else,totally unprofessional maybe hire or train employees better,gas is $4 a gallon, never again will I go in a citizens bank

This company is full of liars and people who do not care. I've only banked through citizens along with ALL of my family members. We have always had a problem with this branch as the manager is never on task. My parents wait so long for a simple house equity and it takes over a month because the manager doesn't know what she is doing.This company doesn't care about their customers or employees. Apparently even if you're a customer complaining, they'll go to their employee and write them up if you know them and complain. They are fake and I will never allow anyone to go to citizens bank.Don't even get me started on their covid policies for customers and employees, THEY DONT CARE.
