If I could give 0 stars I would, this bank and location are a bunch of thieving conniving humans. A solid portion are extremely rude ** if you have a disability or any kind of speech impediment STAY AWAY** the staff and management of this place is garbage and not only that but they will literally bully you over the phone and or at the drive through. I had an incident a few weeks ago with a teller who insulted me and spoke down to me like Im a child, I have been an account holder and member of St Marys for well over 10 years one of your bank tellers who refused to give her name essentially told me I wasnt allowed to deposit my weekly check from my work that I had been getting deposited for the last 3 years every week because I was marked as a student in my account and shouldnt be working. If you have any kind of speech impediment or lisp dont come here the lady laughed at me when I stuttered over my words when she said this to me and refused to deposit my check I will no longer be banking with St. Marys. Also just to add dont bother trying to get a loan here Im someone with pretty good credit and they refused to give me a loan for my vehicle for 5k this is a loan I could easily had paid off considering I already had that and more to put into a car but wanted to open a new line of credit. No worries this place is a joke and hopefully people start waking up and realizing this. Adding an edit: I came in today to close my accounts because I no longer wish to be a member. In doing so I was met with being told that I couldnt withdraw money from my savings account because I wasnt authorized to withdraw. I have no loans with this bank because I was denied twice on the smallest loans they hand out; with decent credit might I add so there should be no way this happens right? Im practically being held hostage with my money still in my account that I can no longer access, this bank is an utter disgrace and I will make sure if anything pulls I will pursue legal action. This bank is a disaster go anywhere else but here for the love of god, save yourself the headache.

They have absolutely no control over their lending and application process due to using a vendor. The vendor is unable to establish controls on something as simple as mailings.

A big shoutout to Eric Canales in the mortgage center at St.Mary's Bank. He was very easy to deal with and made the mortgage process very smooth. This was my third time around working with him and everything was top notch! Highly recommend giving him a call!
