Either didn't bother to inspect, or lied about a used Buick he was selling as, quote the sales blurb : "no work needs to be done". Although a test drive in town didn't show anything suspicious, as soon as that car was on the highway it started to show problems. When I took that car to a mechanic it had over $12,000 worth of repairs needed.
