Geff is absolutely amazing. Takes what you present to him for your goals and creates the perfect plan for each individual person. He challenges you, but also understands people have different types of coaching styles. He does a great job of keeping you motivated and making his clients feel as comfortable as possible. Very attentive and has lots of knowledge regarding fitness. 10/10 recommend for anyone curious to try out this gym.

What a fantastic gym studio! Geff has put together an amazing space and offers so much to his clients. I am always welcomed with warmth & I always feel encouraged to keep showing up and to keep up the good work. In just one months time I have begun to see my physical transformation goals come closer to being realized. Commitment & a positive attitude are key, yes, but it really helps feeling the genuine encouragement from Geff & his team. One of the best facilities in New England with a great set up inside. Truly is perfect for any demographic Geff will make sure youre accommodated for!

Facilities are immaculate! The owner is extremely friendly and creates a phenomenal environment to work out in while receiving top notch instruction and coaching! 10/10 experience would recommend
