        Could not be any worse! Prices are horrendous, they refuse to speak with you and their AI is a joke. I'd like to say, I've never seen a company that cared so little for the people that pay their bills, but, unfortunately, there's a long list. I'll bet their ESG score is way up there!

        Terrible store. I explained my situation to Jeff, I was tied up in a ghost phone sent by Xfinity to myself. Xfinity wouldnt let me trade the phone in, they basically said it was a useless brand new iPhone. Jeff couldnt care less. His response was sorry, Im here to sell stuff. You will never have my business again. Went down to Apple and within 30 minutes I was all set. Its not that hard to provide decent customer service.

        By itself, Comcast is a train wreck! They are another socialist company taking over in my opinion! They set up contracts with housing development's so you can't use any other company but them.
