Have been living at an apartment complex managed by Galactic in Concord NH since July 14th, prior to move in I was informed that we would have: - Parking Passes and spots to park - Washer/Dryer Units throughout the building (with Apple Pay) - Trash collection per the City of Concords Requirements - Prorated rent since I moved in later in the month Non of these things have been provided and no one at the company has been able to answer my questions as to why it has been taking so long. We have 1 washer dryer unit for SIXTEEN apartments. It is impossible to get anything done. I have not received the promised rent reduction due to these missing features nor have I been informed on where my utilities need to be paid. We are getting regular mail so I am expecting a Bill but none have come and there is no information on the portal as to how much I owe or need to pay. It took them 2.5 months to evict a neighbor who left this trash on my back porch (see photo) due to us not having any way to remove it. They would also party 24/7 (I'm not even exaggerating I would get up at 6:30am to go to work on a Tuesday and they'd still be at it), 6 to as many as 12 people would leave at a time. Thankfully he is finally out but it literally happened yesterday. I will give them one grace that they are efficient with general maintenance calls but of course the handy man does not know the logistics of what is holding up the other promises. I have been extremely busy with work so I have only now gotten around to writing this review. It makes me sad because I was really looking forward to an easy move back to America but Galactic Realty did not provide the support or professionalism that I was really hoping for, I am stuck in this lease but will definitely be looking for new places in the following year as they cannot keep their promises!
