Ive been training here for years. The Owner Chris is phenomenal with kids. All the classes from kids karate, kids Jiu Jitsu, adult Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu are formatted to fit all levels of experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. They also have personal training and private lessons!

My daughter is enrolled in one of their facilities and we love it here! All of the staff work so wellTogether. And they take dedicated time toCall and follow up with the parents to make sure everyone is happy. I love that they embody around the principles of respect and communication as well. My daughter started over the winter and is thriving here. (She was three when she enrolled).

I always recommend PMA Merrimack to my friends. Sensei Chris is not only the best martial arts instructor I've ever seen, but also one of the best teachers in general. It's amazing to see how quickly every individual progresses no matter what level they're starting from. My family attends classes at all levels including the little kids karate class, kids jiu jitsu (the only kids jiu jitsu class in the area), and the adult muay thai kickboxing and adult jiu jitsu. Every class is a blast! I'm thrilled to have Sensei Chris as a role model for my kids. He highly respects even his youngest students, and his thoughtfully crafted "mat chats" encourage kids to develop qualities that equip them to achieve their goals. That Sensei Chris loves what he does is apparent, and every student reaps the rewards from the contagious enthusiasm and community that result. A motivating, supportive environment for all ages!
