TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! Worst experience I have had with â€œprofessionalsâ€. I was given a fraudulent preapproval on a home which they then couldnâ€™t back up so the original home owners and my small family are all out thousands of Dollars and homeless thanks to Rick and James, who didnâ€™t seem to care at all. They had no communication throughout the process unleaded pushed and it was VERY unprofessional. Please take your business elsewhere!

High praise goes to James Petrick of Accutrust Mortgage who helped me through a complicated 203(k) loan for the purchase of my first multi-family with renovations. He effortlessly managed the complications associated with a bank-owned property; HUD rules & regulations; both a construction and a mortgage loan & more than a few personality quirks of all the players! Through it all, James was the calm voice of reason and patience who made the challenges quietly disappear.
