We worked with Margot of The Dow Group. Margot was extremely responsive, and knowledgeable. She assisted us with selling our home, which we did very quickly, and then months later, purchasing a new home. We had a number of things pop up during the buying process and she was quick to dig in and get to the bottom of it, and help us get to resolution. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful process, and working with Margot made it enjoyable. We would definitely work with Margot again!

My husband and I were interested in purchasing a home in the Lakes Region and after hearing great things about The Dow Group, we reached out to see if they could help us. Even though our inquiry was submitted late on a Tuesday night, the absolutely incredible Kat Raphaelson contacted us almost immediately and we talked on the phone (at length) that same night! From that day onward, Kat continued to exceed all of our expectations. Kat is so incredibly knowledgeable and never missed a beat when answering my (many, many) questions. She was always so poised and comforting and she did an exceptional job of keeping us informed as things were happening. Even when things were behind the scenes or logistical, she was always so open and transparent with us so we never had a period of wondering about the process.
