        Long wait to see agent, line wrapped around inside of building. Car was smoked in by previous customer. I had the car for two weeks and passengers commented how bad it smelled the day I returned the car. It was so bad, that I had to keep the windows open when driving. The car also had broken doors on the interior storage compartments, so nothing could be closed.

        Terrible customer service. 2 employees working and both out of the store at the same time leaving 20+ customers alone in store. Not only is this place unprofessional the employees were very rude and made the renting experience very unpleasant. Definitely need more staff on when there the only store open in the area
