Budget Car Rental

Worst response from the people who work here. Especially the person named Dipin the way he treats the customers is too bad. They wont give the car we selected but they will charge even for 5 minutes delay.

If you ever plan on renting from this location I would rethink your decision. I'm giving this place a one star and it doesn't even deserve that. Terrible customer service. I called to extend my rental and I was told that I was going to be called back and I was never called back the next morning I'm being threatened that they're gonna call the police on me if I don't take the vehicle back mind you they already charged me without authorization or calling me back. Ahsan was terribly rude to me after I confronted him several times on how he was speaking to me and how he was treating me. He seemed unbothered. Save yourself the grief and find another place.

I called budget rental car at this location as a new customer looking for information on cost for a rental and availability. I spoke to a rep; I think his name was Bobbi or bobby, not sure. He answered a few of my questions, but when I needed some more information he rushed me off the phone because he said he had a long line, and had to go, and would call me back. Though He never did call me back before the end of the business day. As a first time customer, i got this place as a recommendation through a friend. I was trying to find a rental for my daughters sweet 16, and I got some pretty lousy phone support. I wont be doing business with this location nor will I recommend any of my friends to this location. Though I will be calling corporate to make a complaint to a higher-up manager about the lousy phone service I got.

I give one star because otherwise I could not leave my comment. The person who works here is rude, unprofessional, treats people like animals, they give you their dirty vehicles full of garbage, the vehicles are damaged. I give it 0 out of 0. Worst company in all of NJ. I hope they close their business for being miserable

So I just rented from there today I went in there because when I looked online that was the best pricing, it did not tell me what kind of car I was going to get. I am not really a fan of the electric cars so the one that they gave me was a Tesla, which is hard to drive, and now I have to find a place to charge it. Not only is the place dirty. The people are short and no accountability. I asked them to clean the car because it was filthy and it is a rental and I do not want to take it through a car wash to be responsible for any scratches. I asked him several times if they can wash the car they ignore G and did not wash the car. The car is filthy and now I have a car for the weekend that I needed that is dirty and that I am paying for I called the office and the owner did not care.
