        I checked in at 5am, I was turned away because "the broker" doesn't do well setting their appointments. This gentleman told me my appointment was for 8am (after saying it was a day late), he knocked on another trucks door and had him check in to unload. I waited till the other truck (also behind me) went in to unload then checked in again at 0735am and no one answered the call box until 0745am. Both gentlemen were quite rude with me and as a result, I'll NEVER service this location again. I have two stars for the overnight street parking and the abundance of maneuver room. As I waited to be unloaded, I see other trucks being turned away and either being allowed to enter the yard to turn around or come into the yard and wait, I was made to back back into the street to wait. Per forklift operator, they only receive 5am till 1pm.
